Each Soul Glo Intention Candle is handcrafted with care, intention, and attention to detail.
Each candle is hand-poured when ordered to ensure freshness and quality.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or burned candles. However, your experience matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly work with you to find a resolution, including a replacement if applicable.
To be eligible for a replacement, items should be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds are not issued for:
Change of mind
Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
Delays caused by shipping carriers
